Sean Collins
Co-Founder
Sean Collins co-founded Altera Brickworks with the vision of reviving timeless masonry architecture through modern brick systems designed for tropical living.
His experience in brick construction began in 2007 as Operations Manager of a clay interlocking brick company, where he was involved in brick production, quality control, masonry applications, and small-scale residential construction projects.
Through his hands-on experience, he gained valuable insight into both the strengths and challenges of brick-based construction, including quality consistency, logistics efficiency, material wastage, and workforce development.
These lessons helped shape the foundation of Altera Brickworks, combining proven masonry traditions with improved production methods and practical construction solutions for modern tropical environments.
Sean oversees business development, operations, project planning, and client consultation, helping guide projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value.
Erwin Fajota
Co-Founder
Erwin Fajota co-founded Altera Brickworks with a commitment to practical, efficient, and quality-focused construction solutions.
His experience in the construction industry began in 2005, serving as a foreman on various residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Olongapo City, the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, and other project locations. Throughout his career, he has been involved in site supervision, workforce management, project coordination, and day-to-day construction operations.
Through years of hands-on field experience, he developed a strong understanding of construction workflows, team leadership, quality standards, and the practical challenges involved in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
These experiences contribute to Altera Brickworks' commitment to combining sound construction practices with innovative brick system applications for modern tropical environments.
Erwin oversees project coordination, site operations, and construction implementation support, helping ensure that projects are carried out with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
